1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Sweep ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the https://www.sweepclean.ca website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site") and our HVAC cleaning services.

You agree that by accessing the Site or booking our services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and our services.

2. Service Terms & Booking

Quotes & Estimates: All quotes provided over the phone or email are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may be adjusted upon on-site inspection if the scope of work differs significantly from the initial description. We will always seek your approval before proceeding with any additional work.

Access: You agree to provide our technicians with safe and clear access to your property and the HVAC systems to be cleaned. This includes moving furniture or other obstacles that may block access to vents, units, or furnaces.

Cancellations: We respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and e-transfers. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 30 days of the service date. We will return to re-clean the disputed area at no additional cost to you. This guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage to your HVAC system or issues unrelated to the cleanliness of the components we serviced.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your HVAC system, ductwork, or home that is discovered during the cleaning process.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada. Sweep and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Nova Scotia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
